What better way to start building a website?   Get that cool domain name that you've been thinking up!   When you go to a free website provider, they usually give your pages a name like www.freespace.com/bubba.   Wouldn't you rather send your friends or business to a site named www.bubba.com?

You provide the graphics and CafePress handles the rest.   They provide a free web storefront if you don't have your own webpage.   You set your own prices, depending on how much you want to earn per piece over their set price.   How much you can earn, depends on whether your designs are of interest and how you promote your products.   Or you can use it as a "vanity press" for personal use, like a family reunion T-shirt or similar items; you get a discount on items in your own store!

Have your own webpage but need help with graphics?   I used FlamingText.com to create graphics for this site while on the Internet.   Their computers do all the graphics work, so even if you have an old x486 machine or WebTV, you can create fancy graphics for your site.   All you have to do is right-click and save the image of the results.
